Franklin Method® Equestrian Weekly Class Schedule

The goal of the Franklin Method Equestrian classes is to offer riders tools so that they can independently correct their equitation by developing their own feel. The most sustainable to way to make changes is to first feel what you are doing, then know how your body functions, then to improve the movement experience with imagery, anatomical, metaphorical, NSM, or self talk. Then to allow your nervous system to record the changes, thereby resulting in cumulative improvements over time.
