I have carefully designed this program to create sustainable changes in your equitation. Experience different exercises, Franklin Method Equestrian work-outs are not your ordinary workouts! They focus on functional movement, breathing well, and are specifically designed to improve posture, efficiency and dynamic alignment.
Exercise is for life! Be inspired to improve your balance, coordination, strength, flexibility in the most easy way possible. Classes focus on improving body awareness, proprioception and feel. Take the time for yourself.

90 Day Challenges
30 Minute Video Analysis of Equitation One per month submitted to me with a YouTube or Vimeo link. Upload your video and select unlisted, and send me the link for a review of your equitation and some embodiments and Franklin Ball use to assist with your equitation. We can meet on Zoom to discuss, or I can send a written report.
